Service Description
Puppy 1 Over the course of 8 weeks, you and your puppy will learn the fundamentals to creating a lasting bond between you both. What's included: • Basic obedience (sit, down, roll over, come, etc.) • Walk nicely on a lead • Stop barking • Housetraining, chew toy training and preventing separation anxiety • How to settle down when play is over • To accept a person approaching, touching and grabbing them e.g. a vet or children • Bite inhibition (teaching the puppy to inhibit the strength of their bite) • Ongoing socialisation • Fun games to play with your puppy • Competitions • Continued support* • Discounts for future training *All clients will get an additional month's support to assist with any issues they may face with their puppy after completing the course..

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of course bookings must be made not later than seven days before the course starts so that suitable replacements can book the vacant place. By enrolling your dog in any of our group classes, you acknowledge your dog must have received the second vaccine at least ten days prior to the start of the course and/or be up to date with any booster injections. Please note that failing to adhere to any of the terms and conditions may result in you and/or your dog being excluded from any future training sessions without refund.
